    • 12-15 hours for infants (4-11 months)
    • 11-14 hours for 1- and 2-year-olds 
    • 10-13 hours for 3- to 5-year-olds
    • 9-11 hours for 6- to 13-year-olds
    • 8-10 hours for 14- to 17-year-olds
    • 7-9 hours for adults
    • 7-8 hours for adults 65 and older
