    “It just takes a little nutrition knowledge and planning,” she says. “The biggest challenge is that there are only a few plants that naturally have a concentrated amount of protein,” she says. “When you eat only plants, you need to be more mindful that you’re getting enough variety and eating enough protein-rich foods.”
